De acordo com o n.º 9 e a alínea a) do nº 8 do art.º 6º do CIVA, são tributáveis em Portugal a concessão de direitos de autor, brevets, licenças, marcas de fabrico e outros direitos similares, desde que o adquirente esteja domiciliada num Estado-membro da Comunidade Europeia e provar que, nesse país, tem a qualidade de sujeito passivo, ou quando o adquirente for pessoa estabelecida ou domiciliada em país não pertencente à Comunidade Europeia.
Quando são adquiridas por sujeito passivo sedeado em Portugal ou por particular residente na União Europeia, são isentas de IVA, ao abrigo do nº 17 do artº 9º do Código, cuja menção que deve constar no documento de facturação.

Filipe Carrera Awarded Most Outstanding Trainer in Europe |

 On June 7, during the European Conference of Junior Chamber International (JCI) held in the finish city of Turku, Filipe Carrera was awarded the Most Outstanding Trainer in Europe in front of an audience of more that 2,200 participants.
This award recognizes the Filipe Carrera’s work as trainer, doing dozens of trainings all over Europe, USA, India Egypt and South Korea.
During the Conference, Filipe Carrera official received the highest title of JCI University, International Training Fellow and the training project that he done in Lithuania, in cooperation with Portuguese Armed Forces, in a NATO mission and JCI Lithuania, won the award of Best International Development Program. Note that already in 2007 Filipe Carrera won this award in a project also done in Lithuania.
